Collections taking place within Europe

If your shipment is being collected within the EU, it is common for DHL to call the sender to confirm the details. This is usually done a few days before the actual pickup date but can be on the morning of the actual collection.

The courier will often call from a with-held number and if they cannot reach you, they will leave a voicemail. Couriers cannot call a non-local number, so if you cannot provide a local number - then it is essential you call them directly. 

If you have not spoken with the courier by 10 am on the morning of your pickup, it is advisable to call them directly. Please contact us and we can provide you with your pickup reference. This is required for the courier to find your order.
