If the driver has not arrived, please remember that collections can take place between 9AM and 6PM, on some occasions drivers can collect outside this time.
If you have missed your collection, or the driver did not arrive, you can arrange another collection online from your tracking page. This is available in My Orders (click Track) or from your email confirmation. You can rebook one new collection free of charge.
If you miss your collection again, or the driver did not arrive again, you will need to contact us as our team will need to investigate this for you with the courier.
