Can I Get a Refund for Unused Account Credit?

If you receive credit on your My Baggage account (for example, from a Flexi fare cancellation or unused boxes), this credit cannot be refunded to your original payment source. It is only available for use on future My Baggage bookings. The credit does not expire.

If you cancel a Flexi fare booking or do not use some boxes, the value is credited to your account - never refunded to your debit/credit card.

Super Flexi Fare Allows Direct Refunds

If you booked with the Super Flexi fare and cancel before the deadline, you can request a refund directly back to your original payment card (minus the Super Flexi fee).

Always check your fare type before requesting a refund - only Super Flexi fare bookings are eligible for refunds back to your card.

Examples

You cancelled a Flexi or Standard fare booking. The amount is credited to your My Baggage account, and you can use it for a future booking - but you cannot withdraw it or transfer it back to your card.

If you booked with Super Flexi fare, cancelled in time, you would have the option to receive a refund back to your payment card.
