If any items you ship with us are declared with incorrect weight or dimensions, you may receive correspondence from us regarding an oversized charge.

Couriers weigh and measure each shipment using highly accurate machines. If there are any discrepancies, such as an item being undersized, they will notify our accounts team. We will then email you to inform you of the discrepancy and the additional charge incurred.

The email will include a link where you can pay the additional charge.

If you wish to dispute the charge, please email our accounts team with proof of the weight and dimensions. For example, a photo of your item with a ruler or tape measure indicating the dimensions may suffice. Our team will then liaise with the couriers to determine if the charge can be overturned.
