Not all of my items are being tracked

This is a very common occurrence for shipping and is not cause for concern.

When loads of items are shipped together, they usually go into containers. Each item gets linked to the container it’s in, and this updates automatically as it moves along.

But sometimes, if an item doesn’t get scanned when it’s loaded onto the container, it can look like it’s not moving even though it’s actually fine.

This problem usually sorts itself out when the container reaches the courier’s next facility. There, the items are unloaded and loaded onto a new container, getting everything back on track.
