Collections can take place throughout the working day, normally between 09:00 and 18:00.
If you are having items collected from a place of business, university halls etc, items are often collected from the main reception, concierge or post room, this can vary per location so please check with your collection address where your items need to be left.
Please check your tracking to see if the driver has already attempted collection. If it is after 18:00 on your collection date and your items have not been collected you can arrange another collection online.
If you have missed your collection, or the driver did not arrive, you can arrange another collection online from your tracking page. This is available in My Orders (click Track) or from your email confirmation. You can rebook one new collection free of charge.
If you miss your collection again, or the driver did not arrive again, you will need to contact us as our team will need to investigate this for you with the courier.
