When you proceed through the online booking process, you will reach the final summary page. The top half of the page will show an overview of your order, such as the collection and delivery address. The screenshot below reflects the bottom half of the summary page. You are almost finished at this stage, just a few more steps to go...
Step 1: You must select a fare, standard, flexi or superflexi.
Step 2: Decide whether you would like to make your shipment carbon-neutral.
Step 3: If you have any discount codes or credits to use, you can do so at this stage.
Step 4: Tick the boxes relating to customs and our terms and conditions.
Step 5: Click Pay now and it should open a new window where you can enter in your card details. This will likely require you to authorise it with your bank, either through their banking app or via text message. Please ensure you read the messages on the screen as a popup window will open advising you of the authorisation requirements.
