How to request a more specific pickup time
Our couriers collect between 09:00 and 18:00. If you need a narrower time window, you may be able to get more information directly from the courier.

Log in to your My Baggage account
Go to mybaggage.com and log in to your account.

Go to My Orders
Select the order for your upcoming collection.

Find courier contact details
Click the question mark (?) next to your collection time to view the courier's contact information and your booking reference.

Contact the courier
Call the courier using the provided phone number. Have your booking reference ready and ask if a more specific pickup window is available for your address and date.

What to expect
A narrower window is not guaranteed. Couriers may offer an estimated time, especially on the morning of collection, but standard times are 09:00–18:00.
For collections outside the UK or within Europe, the courier may call you to confirm details. If you have not been contacted by 10:00, call the courier directly with your reference.
Specific pickup times cannot be selected at booking. Always allow for the full collection window when planning your day.
