We offer different fares for booking on our services.

What fares do we offer?

Our Standard fare gives you the ability to track your order online, received SMS and email updates and includes our door to door services. There is no additional charge for this.

Our Flexi fare gives you the ability to make certain amendments to your order, for example, you can alter your collection date, and/or your address information. 

You have up until 4 pm the day before your collection date to request a Flexi change. Any changes submitted after 4 pm will not be processed.

Our Super Flexi fare allows you to do all of the things that our Flexi fare offers, but with the additional feature of allowing you to cancel an order for any reason at any time, and you can receive a full refund (minus a £5 admin fee).

How do I use my Flexi/Super Flexi?

You can make an amendment to your order by logging into your account and going to your My Orders section. When you click the Edit Order button you can then edit your details accordingly. We will then process the request and send you a confirmation email.

Edits are not changed automatically so don't panic if it takes some time for your order to update online, please wait for our follow up email.

You can make up to two Flexi requests per order, and you have up until 4 pm the day before collection to make your changes.

Can I make changes to my Standard booking?

We cannot alter standard bookings, however, if you made an error on your booking or need to change some details, we have two different options for you.

The first option is for you to make a new booking with the correct details and receive a refund for your first order. This is only for orders of the same value where address or name changes are being made. This does not apply to orders where too many items have been booked.

The second option would be for us to credit your account with the amount you paid for the first order, and you can create a new booking online and use to credit to pay for the new booking.

In both cases, please let us know if you need to make any changes to your Standard booking and we can advise accordingly on the best way to proceed.
