For all services where it advises "Printer required", you must be able to print your labels. There is no exception to this.
We cannot request drivers to bring labels - these must be securely attached to your shipment before the driver arrives otherwise they cannot be collected.
Please ensure all labels are securely attached and cannot fall off. Poorly attached labels are the number one reason for missing shipments in any courier networl.
