Steps to Update Your Customs Value
Go to the MyBaggage.com and sign in to your account.
Go to your My Orders section and locate the order you want to update.
Click on the "Customs" button beside your order
You can edit the customs value when declaring your items however if you make a large change (or have made multiple changes) this will need to be approved by our team.
When your value has been changed, this will be reflected on the form. If your change needs to be checked by our team, we will email when your change has been approved and you can then complete your customs form at the new value.
Always ensure that you fully complete your customs form (including signing the form again) to ensure that all changes have been submitted
If you current have a set of labels, these will need to be replaced by the new labels we will email to you.
If your old labels are used, the old customs value will be used.
