When you are inputting your collection or delivery addresses, you may notice that there is note at the bottom of the address which states that your area is deemed remote by the couriers, and as such they will be an additional charge.

This charge is applied as some of the couriers we use may not service a certain area, and therefore would use a Third Party partner to ship your items, thus resulting in an additional cost.

If you are scheduling a collection from a remote area, this means that your collection may take place over a few working days. You can contact the couriers on the day that you have booked the collection to query whether the driver will be with you on that day, or the day after. You can find your courier's information on your My Orders section by clicking the 9:00-18:00 link which will advise you of which courier we have booked your collection with, your tracking number and their contact number.

If your delivery address is deemed remote, it may take an additional 1-3 working days for the delivery so please bear this in mind before booking.
