On the last page of our booking process, you can choose from three different booking fares.

Both the Flexi Fare and Super Flexi fare give you the ability to edit address information, collection date & edit your items.  In the event of a cancellation and you have opted for the Flexi fare, we can only offer you credit placed onto your My Baggage account. This credit will not be automatically placed back onto your account - you must contact us and we can do this for you.

If you have the superflexi fare and you need to cancel, you can request a refund back to your original payment card.

 

You have up until 4pm the day before your collection date to submit your changes online on your My Orders section, and you should see the Edit order button on the right-hand side.

As we have to manually process your changes they will not update automatically, but we will always email you to confirm the changes have been made

If you need to change the size/weight of your items and you have opted for the standard fare, you can go to your My Orders and under No. of Items you can click "Weights & Sizes (Edit)" - This will enable you to add or take away items, but if you do this you will not receive credit or a refund for any items removed.
