How do I get my pickup details for today?
If you need to get more details or confirmation on your collection, the courier can give you the estimated pickup window and other details for your collection.
Please call the courier for your order with your collection reference number (CRN) or booking reference. This is required as your tracking number does not work before your shipment is collected.
Where can I find my CRN or booking reference?
You can find your CRN in your My Baggage account under My Orders, or in your booking confirmation email.
You can also contact us to get your CRN if needed.
Can I get an exact pickup time?
Collection windows are usually between 9:00 and 18:00.
Couriers may not guarantee an exact time, but you can call them for the most up-to-date information.
Can I make a request for a smaller time or provide additional instructions?
You can provide the courier with specific instructions which can be passed onto the collection driver. These requests must be limited so we recommend sticking to requests like "Knock hard, bell not working" or "Door is at the side of building"
You can request a smaller time however this is never a guarantee. Please do not rely on requested times in case the driver cannot meet this.
