Why does my tracking say refused delivery?

Updated 2 weeks ago

If you are shipping to student accommodation within the UK, some campuses will refuse to accept a delivery if the student has not yet arrived.

If you see this scan, we would need to be contacted immediately to reschedule the delivery with the couriers as your shipment could be at risk of being returned to the collection address.

If shipping internationally, in some cases, a shipment may go out for delivery despite the customs duties not being paid, and once the driver notices this they may update the tracking to say 'Refused delivery', even if the delivery has not been attempted.

In this case, you would need to either pay the duties online securely here or you could call DHL to pay the duties over the phone, and reschedule the delivery.

Please get in touch with us for any further clarification regarding this.
