Cancel at anytime prior to collection for a full refund.
To make an amendment to your order:
Log into your account and go to the My Orders section.
Click the “Edit Order” button to update your details.
We will process the request and send you a confirmation email.
You can make up to two Flexi requests per order, and you have until 4 pm the day before collection to make your changes.
Any cancellations to standard bookings will receive 100% My Baggage Credit only and no changes are allowed.
However, if you made an error or need to change some details, please contact us and we can assist you with this.
