When you’re inputting your collection or delivery addresses, you might notice a note at the bottom saying your area is considered remote by the couriers, and there will be an extra charge.
This charge is applied because some of the couriers we use might not service your area directly. Instead, they use a third-party partner to ship your items, which results in an extra cost.
If you’re scheduling a collection from a remote area, your collection might take place over a few working days. You can contact the couriers on the day you’ve booked the collection to check whether the driver will be with you on that day or the next. You can find your courier’s information in your “My Orders” section by clicking the 9:00-18:00 link, which will tell you which courier we’ve booked your collection with, your tracking number, and their contact number.
If your delivery address is considered remote, it might take an extra 1-3 working days for the delivery, so please keep this in mind before booking.
