Flexi requests are processed manually by our staff Monday to Friday 8AM to 12AM GMT and Sunday 3PM to 10PM GMT.

If you have submitted a flexi request, this will be confirmed with you via email as soon as possible.

Please do not send multiple flexi requests in a short space of time, try to make all changes in one edit to prevent any potential confusion regarding your changes.
