When do my labels become available?

Labels will be available within 15-30 minutes after booking for 90% of orders scheduled for collection within 5 working days.

You can find these labels in the My Orders section and they will also be attached to your confirmation email.

If you order has been booked with incorrect details such as incorrect postcodes, address information, etc. these orders require manual intervention by our staff to be corrected. Please ensure your order is booked with correct information to ensure your labels are processed without issue. Labels for orders that need to be corrected by our team will be available as soon as possible.

Once processed, the labels will be emailed to you.

Almost all labels are available within 5 working days of your collection date.

If you have chosen Flexi or Super Flexi, labels will be available after 4 PM the day before your collection to allow for potential changes.

For international shipments, labels are available within 10 days of your collection date, provided your customs documents have been completed.

Labels for orders requiring customs will only be available once the customs documents have been completed in the My Orders section.

You will not receive your labels unless these documents are completed.

Please note that a driver will not arrive to collect your items until you have received your labels.
