This is another term for your customs forms, and this document (completed in your My Orders) is to establish the value of your items whilst they enter another country. 

In most cases, we will electronically submit your customs forms to the couriers so you won't need to have them printed, and in the rare cases that we are unable to, we will let you know that it is necessary to have them printed.
