My Baggage does not offer storage services and cannot deliver shipments to cruise ports. We only ship to residential, business, or hotel addresses.

  • We do not provide any form of luggage storage or timed holding before delivery.

  • We cannot collect or deliver luggage to cruise ports, seaports, airports, or other public places.

  • All shipments must be to or from a physical, permanent address (residence, business, or hotel).

  • For storage, you may arrange a third-party storage facility; we can collect from or deliver to the facility's main reception only.
