The driver will be unable to call you prior to collection or upon arrival.

This is because they are not provided with work phones for health and safety reasons, and would only have access to their personal mobiles.

It is at their discretion if they choose to use their personal phones, so we cannot guarantee they will call.

If you wish to find out the estimated arrival time of the driver, you can contact the courier directly who may be able to assist.

We can never guarantee that they may be able to narrow down the collection window as our services operate throughout the day from 9am to 6pm.

You can find the courier’s details by logging into your account and clicking on the "?" beside your collection times in the My Orders section.

This will provide you with the courier’s contact number and your booking reference, which you will need when calling.

Alternatively, please feel free to call, chat, or email us, and we can provide you with the courier’s details and any reference numbers you may need.
