Please note that musical instruments in soft cases cannot be accepted for shipping.

It is crucial to measure the case accurately, as musical instruments often exceed standard size limits, which may result in an oversize charge.

Additionally, be aware that musical instruments are not included in our compensation cover. As long as items are packaged and protected sufficiently for a couriers network, it is very rare for any items to be damaged.
