Can I cancel my order or get a refund?

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and you may need to cancel your order.

For those who have chosen the Super Flexi booking fare, we are pleased to inform you that we can issue a full refund for your booking. This can be done automatically in your My Orders section by clicking “Edit Order”.

 

If you have selected other fare types, while we are unable to process a direct refund to your original payment source, we can credit your account with the full order total. This credit can be used for any future booking, giving you flexibility for your travel plans.

 

Please note that any credit added to your account due to a cancellation will never expire.
