There are several items that we cannot ship through our services.

The most commonly sent prohibited items include aerosols, liquids (including creams and gels), aftershave/perfume, batteries, and medication.

It is crucial that you do not pack any of these items. Including prohibited items may result in severe delays or the return of your shipment to the collection address.

Additionally, please do not lock your case. If couriers need to access your case to remove any dangerous goods and cannot do so because of a lock, this could also cause delays and your shipment may be returned.
